The Xerox DocuMate 4700, a tabloid-size flatbed scanner, can operate alone, but is best when integrated with a compatible Xerox scanner with an automatic document feeder (ADF)

This is a very delicate scanner. It stopped working after 2 weeks of moderate use.It also was a touch scanner in that you needed to place the scanner right on the barcode surface. This actually would help with scanning errors.

Ease of configuration, straight out of the box would probably fine for most people.
I bought this from Catch of the Day for about $20 + postage. It's nice to actually buy something that is easy to use and just works. It's made in Germany (or at least reflecta is based there), the software installed without drama (on Windows 7 64 bit),...
NeatReceipts' combination of a small scanner, capable OCR, and data extraction tools make the program a great option, especially for small business owners who want to keep receipts and business cards without having to hold on to the paper. While the...

The product was difficult to set up for users on the network. Fujitsu technical support was required and it was top notch. User recognition by the finger print reader is slow and tempermenatal. A better soloution is to use ID codes. Once intalled it...
I purchased this scanner because ACT recommended it . It works , but takes an extra effort ( and extra keystrokes) to get the data off the business cards and into the ACT database. SAVE YOUR MONEY !!!!

The duplexer installed easily (good, clear instructions) but initially I could not get the operating system to recognize that it was installed. It took 4 calls to HP support before I got someone (located in this country) who did not have a useless...
Compact sheetfed scanner with USB connection
Moving on to the tests, we tested the 5000E for precision and speed. For speed, we used an A4 size image that was scanned at 1200dpi, which is the maximum optical resolution of this scanner. The process took 10 minutes and 17 seconds, which is a little...

When I first bought this scanner, I thought it was one of the best for the money. The scans were fairly quick till you scanned at 300 dpi and more. It was easy to install, and the software was based for an intermediate user. A few bells and whisiles....
Ease of use, Many features, Reasonable Price
I bought this scanner because it will operate independent of a PC. It scans to a microSD card (not included). The scanner will not scan direct to a PC, but can be connected by USB to download scanned images to the PC without having to remove the...
Very good product. Works well. Dries up if not used for a very long tme.
I've had this product for years now. For the most part, it is great, but occasionally my custom settings stop working and it's a pain to set it up again. There is no paper manual to troubleshoot it.

This fingerprint reader works great with Vista x64 where other brands will not. It will let you sign into Windows and certain web sites with the touch of a finger. I have found some web sites that the software will not recognize as a login page, but...

It took me a few days to get this down. I am not very savy when it comes to computer stuff, but now that I know how to use it, it is helping me get organoized. I love it! I am so pleased with this purchase. Great price too!

App, which was last updated in 2012, does not work therefore scanner has no use at all. App is very similar to that used by the cheaper scanner docs2go - in fact doesn't work in exactly the same way. To be positive, returns service is excellent, so if...
The product was great to convert all our negatives and photo's into digital format, so easy to use and great with a view on board. We have converted over 1,000 negatives and shared them amounts our friends and family. We have converted over 500 photo's...
Takes a little getting used to, but does an excellent reproduction of whatever you scan - including the 'wonky' shape if you don't keep it straight. Stores a lot of scans. Very impressed and happy with this item. A must for families as well as people...
This scanner will often automatically crop scans from a textbook, often cutting off the bottom portion. You must hold it steady or else you will have to scan each item 4-5 times to get it right. It is more time consuming than using a flatbed scanner...
Having done a fair bit of research before buying this item I was quite confident that this Mac Plus was a good choice. The context of my review: I run a local networking group, due to its informal nature we get regular new faces and inorder to reduce...
Very easy to use and provides good quality with negatives.
