Scanner works great. scans products very fast. Only complaint is that I wish I had gotten a wireless one as my USB port is loose and moving this unit sometimes unplugs it. Though, this is not an issue with the scanner, it's an issue with my PC! Works...

Mustek customer support is nonexistent. Calls go to an unattended voicemail system. They ignore emails. Their published fax number is actually an apartment complex in California.

This is a very delicate scanner. It stopped working after 2 weeks of moderate use.It also was a touch scanner in that you needed to place the scanner right on the barcode surface. This actually would help with scanning errors.
