If I'm not mistaken, this filter kit was listed for an SX 50 HS which is what I ordered and there is no way it will fit on the camera--it is too big.

This is an excellent little wide angle prime. It's sharp across the frame, even wide open, and only improves a little when stopped down to f/4 or narrower. If you need a 28mm prime and don't need anything wider than f/2.8, then this is an ideal choice....

Works fine with my 150-500. I can only extend the lens to about 70 percent because I cannot get the focus I wish beyond that. If I had done my research completely I would have purchased the 1.4 instead.

Overall, the Kenko Teleplus Pro 300 AF DGX 2x does a decent job to increase focal length while maintaining an acceptable standard of image quality, and it's less than half the price of Nikon and Canon's own 2x teleconverters.
