Nice screen

After a year and a half this monitor is still working fine.

The screen is clear and bright. Touch is responsive and works great with Windows 8.1. It has low power consumption and stays cool.

I first tried this with Vista and it worked but not very well. Also, I had the problem of the monitor just loosing power at the slightest bump. I literally had to tip it forward and it would come back up. For both PCs I tried it on. Things finally...

A nice monitor for the price!

I'd avoid getting a refurb. Great monitor anyway! EDIT: Apparantly the oil from a tin of kippered herring makes the logo fall off! Whoops!

Great touchscreen monitor! Good quality. The speakers sounded bad at at first, but just needed to be worn in. (weird, right?) Works fine. Crisp, clean image.. Neat looking logo.

The speakers needed to be worn in, for some odd reason, they sounded like yelling into a can! It shipped with one of the e's in Hanspree missing... Has a tiny little half-moon of dead pixels, I notice those every now and then, but it's hardly there.

Over a year later and still working great

I got this when it was on sale in October, 2014. I've used it for over a year in a high RF environment with several computers. Mine looks good from various angles, works flawlessly on Windows 7 and Windows 10 (never tried 8 or 8.1.), and feels right...

Now out of stock. The speakers aren't very good, but I've never purchased a monitor to use the speakers - I think they only include them for the occasional office use. But really, they're never convenient to adjust, and I've never encountered monitor...

Loving it!

Works just as expected. Just hook it up, turn on the pc and it sets itself up perfectly.

The speakers aren't the greatest but do work. Bought an external set and they work great.

Excellent

I bought this in October 2014 to use with the Windows 10 insider preview since I didn't have a touchscreen at the time. For whatever reason the price was unbelievably low then so I took the deal without any big expectations. This thing turned out to be...

This is a fine looking monitor. It responds fairly well, it is lightweight and seems solidly built. It sits at an agreeable angle on the kickstand. The sound from the speakers is fairly good, though I bypass that with externals.

After nearly one year I have none.

Best of both world

Excellent resolution and contracts. Highly touch sensitivity. Best of both world for windows 8.1 and windows 10. I have no complaint at all for its performance and price ratio.

None that I could find

Fried 2 chips

I will just but a 'tablet' if i want 'touch'

Pretty monitor with good color

Plugged in the USB to use the touch screen and immediately fried a chip on the Mboard! thinking it was a fluke, I bought another HP-DC7900 and got same result. Haven't dared use the touch feature on this monitor again! similar to review by: Mark V. on...

Pretty, broke, hung to dry

I know of four of these monitors among my friends (Artemis rocks with them), and that means there has only been a 20% failure rate. Given the support from the device, though, not buying from this company again.

- The monitor looks good, presents well. - The image is fairly sharp, and the touchscreen is not bad. - The built-in monitor stand is quite convenient, and speakers are fair (rather good for built-in speakers) - Screen glossy and easy to clean - Linux...

- Viewing angle is limited; tilting the screen can result in loss of contrast - Image sometimes fuzzy and/or not centered - the latter fixed with on-board controls, the former a function of graphics card? - Screen glossy, catches room lights (during...
