HP iPAQ 914c Business Messenger review

A mid-range Pocket PC offering plenty of features at a good price

Great usability ; Well-connected ; Decent camera ; MicroSD slot

Disappointing battery life

Let down by a poor battery, but other than that this is a well-specced and user friendly phone

HP iPAQ 510 Voice Messenger review

A rare contribution to the smartphone market by HP

Good email wizard ; Well specified ; Compact and light

Display a little cramped ; Indifferent battery life

An impressive offering from HP, only slightly let down by a couple of flaws

HP iPAQ 514 Voice Messenger

This is a device which does it all: everything from web browsing to IP Telephony to mobile office applications, all in a tiny package. We struggle to fault it in terms of features. The voice commander function works after a fashion

Connectivity choice, Strong features

Disappointing camera, Awkward buttons, Average screen

In attempting to do everything, quality on the iPAQ 514 has been spread too thin

HP's iPAQ 614c is a feature-rich smartphone, but does using it fill Jon with joy?

HP iPAQ 914 review

The HP iPAQ 914 is a solid-feeling and very well finished mobile handset, and the back panel has a matte rubber coating which aids grip. Front and sides, meanwhile, are neatly trimmed in piano black plastic and polished metal.

The HP iPAQ 914 is a smart-looking and impressively specified handset, but its looks belie a phone beset with so many problems that we must suggest shopping elsewhere.

HP iPAQ 914c Business Messenger review

Nokia's E71 proves that a phone needn't be bulky to have a full QWERTY keyboard, but HP seems to have ignored its example.

HP iPaq 514 Voice Messenger review

The rush of Windows Mobile 6.0 devices has begun and the HP iPaq 514 Voice Messenger looks set to be one of the most popular.

We found the HP iPaq 514 Voice Messenger a functional and likable device. Its raised keypad and navipad are large and comfortable, although you have to squeeze the button on the phone's bottom right to launch the vVoice recorder. The HP iPaq 514 Voice...

HP iPAQ 914c

Packed with features and solidly built, but it is missing is a front-facing camera for video calls.

Crammed with features and an easy-to-use QWERTY keyboard.

Slightly large for the hand and pocket, and the battery life could be better.
