The Honor Magic 6 Pro is an Android paradise for iPhone converts

If you're bored of the norm, and want a change from the usual Samsungs and Apples of the world, the Honor Magic 6 Pro is certainly worth considering.

Unique stand-out design ; Strong durability and water-proofing ; Really bright and vibrant display ; Long battery life and fast charging

Cameras have a habit of over-smoothing textures ; Some software features clearly inspired by iOS 17 ; No fast-charger in the box

The Honor Magic 6 Pro is undoubtedly one of the best camera phones you can buy

The Magic 6 Pro is a superb camera phone with plenty of key strengths, but there are several factors to consider before buying it over flagship rivals

Excellent main, telephoto and selfie cameras ; Top-tier performance ; Stunning 120Hz screen ; Secure 3D face unlock ; Very good battery life

Underwhelming ultrawide camera ; Cluttered software ; Expensive

For all its plus points, the Magic 6 Pro isn’t a straightforward recommendation. It has some of the best cameras in the business, but can you tolerate the hit-and-miss software, bold design and high price tag?

Unusual (but great!) camera setup ; Cavernous battery can take you to two days ; Lovely-looking display ; Epi green finish is distinctive

Screen can seem too bright ; MagicOS needs a little more polish ; AI picture processing can be a bit much ; Higher list price than rials
