Great Headset

Well worth buying the product

Feels great on the ear, easy to use, light weight, and I have had no problems hearing.

None at all easy to set-up

Decient headset

Steer clear of the cheap replacement batteries. They won't get you through a whole day.

We have a number of these headsets in our call center. We have very few issues with them. If you put them on charge during lunch they will make the whole day. Unlike some earlier model we rarely have to re-sync these to their base.

The batteries last around a year and are expensive if you need to purchase a lot of them. Though this is the same for other headsets we have used as well.

YOU SHOULD GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR

Full user's guide not included.

Lightweight, nice design.

Callers complain of feedback (hearing themselves) - untouched by relocating base, or adjusting settings). Within six weeks, callers began to sound like they were underwater, and volume was dramatically lower; again, no amount of relocation or...

Plantronics CS540

Package did not include a User Guide, only a Quick Start Guide. Is this supposed to be a contribution to the "light-weight" claim?

Lightweight. Easily converts from over-the-ear to over-the-head set up for other occasional users.

Outside callers frequently sound like they are underwater. Internal callers complain of feedback, have to hang up and call again. Base-to-telephone or base-to-computer relationships make no difference. Normal headset use is 5 hours, 1 hour on charge...

Plantronics CS540

Light. Good volume control.

Totally agree with the previous review. Lacks information on the product and its futures. No dialing pad. Very expensive. Not worth more than $100.

Not enough info provided

Other websites have even less information so I am not sure who is to blame for the lack of useful information on Plantronics headssets.

Looks nice, but I cannot tell if it is compatible with my existing desk phones because the pictures and details provided by newegg are incomplete. Hopefully they will update the pictures (of all the plantronics devices) with images of the plugs and all...

How do you plug it in? I could tell if there were pictures!

Extremely Easy to Use and Comfortable

This system is both light and extremely easy to setup. It also works great with the HL 10 Lifter. I was impressed by how simple it was to connect and operate. This headset comes with multiple ear pieces and the ear hooks so it can be adjusted even for...
