How I wish all businesses were like New Egg... great products at a great price with an outstanding service... oh the dreams.

Love 'em

 

You can't beat these for the price. I was very impressed with the quality. I use these for work where I am on the phone for 13 hours straight VOIP. The sound quality is excellent on both ends. I like the volume adjustment and mute switch on the cord

It can get a little uncomfortable where it goes around my ears but not too bad. The sound quality makes up for it

Defective mic, but repairable

 

I bought 2 of these on sale about 9 months ago. The mic developed a loud buzz on both of them after about a week of gentle use. Someone at the factory doesn't know how to solder. If you're good with an iron, pry the black plastic screw cap from mic and...

Comfortable (if you know how to put it on properly), adjustable mic position, sounds good, long cable, volume control and mute

Mic lasts about 1 week. I'm surprised Newegg hasn't told Plantronics to get their act together or quit selling these. It was one of the few times I was disappointed with a Newegg purchase

Worth 10 dollars but not a dime more

 

Ordered on the 13th didn't arrive until the 24th (free shipping i guess)..I would have paid had I known it was coming pony express ; They came jammed in my mail box in a envelope..I opened the envelop and they were just there..no packaging whatsoever....
