Don't believe the size specs

Not sure, never got passed opening the box

Bigger than the spec says it is. It won't fit in my entertainment center. The spec says it's 15" deep, but really it's over 16". That means the door won't close on it with the cables plugged in. If the size really matters to you, be aware

I love these barebones!

After building the following computer, my power meter measured 67 Watts when the computer was Idle, Seagate Barracuda ST3250410AS 250GB Sony NEC Optiarc 20X AD-7191S MSI Saturn 945 Patriot 2GB PDC22G5300LLK HIS Hightech H240PRF256N-R HD 2400PRO Intel...

Yet I've built another computer using one of these - this is about the 5th one. These barebones are very stable. I've built every single one with completely different configurations, such as Ram manufacturer/size, processor speed/type, etc

Power supply is a little weak, but I have never had to replace it

Does the job

You will need to purchase a graphics card if you want to do anything gaming or video related. For my purpose the processor and mobo are sufficient.

Good little mobo. It is in a secondary computer I built as a jukebox/playback unit for my recording studio. Runs well with Vista Ultimate and have had none of the typical grumblings about Vista on it so far. Easily set up ; Components ; MSI mini tower...

None so far

Good Office Computer

Used this with the Pentium E2160 and 1 Gig of OCZ RAM to build my friend's mom's computer. Easy install right out of the box

Power supply is weaker than i generally like to use but she won't be doing any gaming or anything majorly taxing on it just some internet surfing and office programs so it works great for her

MSI Saturn 945 Intel Socket T(LGA775) Intel 945GC Barebone - Retail

Very well built case, lots of space. The internal layout is very easy to understand without the manual. The 3.5"" drive cage makes it very easy to add/remove drives without the hassle of messing with wires.

Slightly over-priced compared to other systems.

Great barebone

Built with: Intel E2160 1.8Ghz dual core CPU, Corsair ValueSelect 1GB RAM, Seagate Barracuda 80GB SATA HDD, LITE-ON 20X DVD±R SATA burner, Windows Vista Business.

Easy to build system. No problems at all. Internal layout is good, plenty of room. Case appears to be fairly well built and strong. Lots of features. We're very happy with this system, and will probably build more for the office

Fan is only moderately quiet -- I've definitely had quieter ones, but it's under a desk and not really noticeable in an office environment

MSI Saturn 945 Intel Core 2 Duo / Pentium D / Pentium 4 Intel Socket T(LGA775) Intel 945GC Intel GMA 950 Barebone

Built mine with Core2Duo E6750, Samsung SATA DVD burner, and 2GB RAM. Integrated video worked fine for all purposes besides 3D games, but I added a simple ati clone video card I had laying around.

Good looks. Fairly sturdy. Has 4 SATA ports, and 1 IDE ribbon (master and slave) for older drives. I've tried a few varieties of Linux on it with no problems, and settled on Kubuntu Gutsy which is running well. Stock Intel heatsink/fan installed...

2GB RAM limit may be a con for some users, but I'm able to do various video conversion operations with no issues. Power source wattage may also be low for some users, mostly gamers, but I'm not a gamer

Good as gold

A conservative, useful computer, period.

Slick as a dead cat on the freeway. Put in the accessories, load the O.S., deliver it to the customer. Isn't that the way it's supposed to be

Haven't found any problems yet

Linux users beware

I was designing a replacement to my basement server to capture and stream HD. This unit seemed to offer everything I needed for my 3x500 Raid 5 setup. Paired with a C420 and 2x1GB 667Mhz of ram and it does linux with the best of them. The problem I do...

Clean design, good value

No AHCI, case fan is not variable ( or noisy can't tell which since the C420 runs so cool)

Good Unit

Cheap build, I got one out the door for 400, nice specs. I will probably use MSI for my next build after using ASUS, Aopen and Shuttle.

Good case, easy build. The fan I found was not that loud, or not too loud to be annoying. The stock CPU fan mounts correctly, unlike most Barebones which ship their own heatsinks along with the case. Using the stock intel heatsink is nice, and...

Bigger than most BB mini-towers or cubes, but this is usally not a problem. 2GB of ram max, but not a problem unless you need 4 for gaming, video edit, etc.
