great floor model

 

My model is actually FVXS50GV1A but it's probably much the same as the other one reviewed here. I didn't want an air conditioner that is located high up on the wall because a) I think they look really ugly and like an afterthought, and b) because my...

Looks like it belongs there, like a gas wall heater, pretty inconspicuous, does a good job of heating or cooling the room. Unfortunately doesn't extend to the whole apartment, but that's expecting a bit much probably. Easy to clean filter.

Very expensive relatively, but I don't regret the extra money as it's worth it so far

Much cheaper to run than my old reverse cycle split system air conditioner. Also having less drafts in winter is great. I would recommend this to anyone living in a climate similar to Canberra.
