We purchased one of these a couple of years ago for my mother-in-law, and it has worked flawlessly. It cools her primary living space quickly and maintains the same temperature as long as it runs. Couldn't be happier with the item.

I only gave four stars on performance because the unit is not as energy efficient as stated in the description when using the heating side of it. however, for as often as I will be using it, I think it will do just fine. it seem to be a great produet.
