If you have waxed floors do not touch this machine, it is utterly useless. You can spend a quarter of the price of this machine and get much, much better results.Its a shame as the vacuum is excellent.

I purchased this hoover from Comet in Feb this year 2012 I only had it a few months and the suction now is virtually non existent I have changed filters and cleaned it out on a regular basis I certainly would not recommend this item to anyone steer clear.
