The water cup was too hard to got off to fill. The cloth for mopping the floor would not stay on the machine. Not for anyone with Arthritis!!!

I moved a year and a half ago from a mostly carpeted house to a house that is all hardwood, laminate and tile and twice the square footage. The sweeper vac was a godsend. I just couldnt sweep, swiffer, and wetjet all that area and actually have time...
I have pets and thought this would help in cleaning occasional accidents. It has no power and just make a lot of noise. I've even tried different carpet shampoos. But without the power, it just doesn't work.
Sold as an (expensive) “3 in 1” and in all 3 functions it is an abject failure. Firstly as a Vacuum cleaner it is noisy, has poor suction, is heavy, cumbersome, has no cord retraction or tools storage, and does a worse job that smaller machines a...
worked great when we first got it, but the weight soon began to annoy me, especially when I moved into a place with stairs. After only 2.5 yrs the plastic clip that holds the hose broke, the extendable handle doesnt lock anymore so it goes up and down...
The vacuum was purchased for an office environment with medium traffic. Dirt and Dust is transferred in from the outside workers. When using the vacuum the item only picks up the larger pieces and the dust filters through the cloth bag causing a mist...
I Bought the Platinum Pro vacuum for my church to use and I haven't even had it for a year and Iv had to send it back 5 times. I Would not ever recommend this vacuum to anyone it is a waste of money.
If i had to describe this vacum in one word it would be "horrible". It does not pick up anything as simple as a piece of string,it struggles to even pick that up. I am very dissapointed in this product, that i paid decent money for.
I knew I wouldn't be getting anything fancy for this price, but this product is a dud! I just needed something to clean my tiny low traffic office in between shampoos. This product is not worth half of what it is being sold for.
I think the vacuum is pretty good for the price. It cleans great and the tool attachments also works very well. As for dumping out the container...I have used a couple of other bagless type vacuums and this one would rate about in the middle for...
.. that's the main problem! One other issue was it wouldn't start - but then started working after i plugged in an appliance. Now seems to be fine - i'll put it down to running in gremlins. The machine otherwise seems ok so far albeit a tad noisey.
superior carpet/barefloor cleaning without any adjustments.
Do you have trouble operating a broom successfully? Somehow I doubt it, but Karcher seems to think there are plenty of people who do struggle with a broom. I am not if it is a struggle to get the broom moving or if it comes down to the broom being too ...
I am very lucky i guess cause have had no problems as of yet (had vac for 3 years now) with this mac ...
This is a very inexpensive vacuum, But you do pay for what you get. It does pick up dirt really well, But the durability of the vacuum is not the best. especially since it is mostly made of plastic. I like the fact that it is very lightweight. I like...
I was very disappointed with this product. Sanyo Dirt Hunter had so much problem picking up small, light pieces of paper off a hard wooden floor. Do not expect to get much cleaning out of this vacuum. You'll be much better off getting a mop.
does not work like U imagine .

My little hoover did not work hard but the start button malfunctioned so I was unable to use it. I tried to get a replacement switch to no avail. The hoover web site was not helpful, nor was their staff when I rang. Eventually I got a friend who is an...
After 4 years it is dead. Hose is torn, power head is dead. I trusted the name BOSCH and for the first time was disappointed. Replacement parts were as much as a new one.
suction is good
I was looking for a great vacuum and I did not find it here. I had problems pushing it because of the swivel wheels, they wanted to go everywhere but where you wanted it to go and the vacuum kept breaking the belts on me. I would go through 3 belts or...
This review is for the ProHeat Pet Upright Deep Cleaner, Purple Zing (yes, part of its name), model 89104. It's very similar to the 8910 listed here, but has a different attachment for the hose.I had owned a Bissell model 1695 cleaner since 1998 ...
A useful Vacuum around the house for small jobs. Tha only drawback to this product is the rechargeable time of 8 hours

I bought this hoover after looking for a cheaper alternative to a dyson which i just cannot afford. I have previously been using a Numatic Hetty and after every hoovering session i had to then get a brush and gather the remaining pet hairs off the...

Love Oxo. I have replaced everything with their products, which is why I find this so disappointing. I paid more than I wanted for the mop, but I figured it would last me forever & I bought a replacement head as well. The original head performed...
