I found the hood difficult to fit to and take off the lens. As it is thin plastic I tend to squeeze it out of shape hence the difficulty.

It works but make sure you get a copy that doesn't stick. put it on and try it. the aperature should open and close smoothly. if it sticks in the middle, send it back straight away.
