This adapter ring arrived unprotected, loose in an envelop. The ring does not seem to be damaged in any way though so I guess it works to ship that way sometimes.

A sharp lens with a superb bokeh. The minimal focusing distance of only 0.8m is a benediction for proxi-photo. The long throw of the focusing ring is delightful. Super mechanical construction, great optics. A Zeiss-like at a discount price !

Great ND without strong colour casts like many competitors, but as with all Hoya HMC filters it's a pain to clean it as smears and fingerprints are a nightmare to be cleaned.

Superb crisp images with my X-E2. Good colour rendering. Nice pleasant bokeh, (see negative points.) .... At this price I'm happy with F2 though. Snappy focus, certainly a very good lens.

Fits well on camera lens and works well as a light diffuser. Found if i tighten up too much it also removes my polariser lens cover too so be aware of that. Otherwise, I'm happy
