Unit is compact and looks great but the first time I used it the DVD got stuck and removing it took a lot of patience and time.

This product worked fine for about 3 months. Getting the disk in was a pain. The picture quality was fine. Now it won't play disks that work at home. It won't even read a "disk cleaner" disk. Customer Support wasn't really helpful.
