This purchase was an exact replacement, this machine is used on a daily basis,easy to install, extremely efficient

It is cheaper to buy a new machine rather than to have an engineer replace parts

easy to use, efficient cleaning, good cycle times and variety

a little noisy on full spin, detergent drawer is cheaply made

It is easy to use and I don't find it to be too noisy.

I was reluctant to buy a washer/dryer combination as I wasn't sure about how effective the dryer would be. My reluctance in recommending this appliance is related to the dryer. It is not nearly as effective as a separate dryer. I don't use the dryer...

1) Very clean wash with excellent agitation 2) Quiet operation on wash, rinse, spin, and tumble dry. 3) Easy to understand operation. 4) Very little vibration on spin dry, due mainly to the evening out of the clothes program, before spinning. 5) 100%...

None as yet! but we know that in this life nothing is perfect for ever, so we will let you know if we are not as happy with the machine as we are now.

Good machine, cleans clothes well, quite quiet, has useful features.

Programme length is a little long (2hrs for the standard ones)

washes clothes well even on quick wash with cold and hot handwash settings

does not dry clothes unless left in for twice as long as a normal tumble dryer

Took me a while to master the instructions

Temperamental door lock mechanism - doesn't always recognise that the door is closed when it actually is!

Love the automatic switch from washing to drying facility.

No easy to decide which programme to wash clothes on as don't corresponde to clothes labelling and don't have a 50% wash.

timer is really useful. It is very quiet

cycle times are quite long would like a button lock to stop my two year old turning it off mid cycle.
