Can't get parts

I am going to look locally for a substitute hose because we actually really like the steam mop. Their customer service needs some improvement though.

Cleans floor well. Gets very hot

Hard for my wife to push. Have to continually pump it. Internal hose on pump burst and Shark will not send another one. they say I need to send to them to repair

Good Product

Meh...

When our floormate broke we thought we'd try the Shark steamer. Needless to say we now have a new floormate and couldn't be happier. We have a Shark sweeper and it works great!

Uses plain water - NO chemicals

pump, Pump, PUMP the handle to keep the steam going. If you have carpel tunnel this may irritate your condition. Cleaning was just so so on my hardwood floors. Thought floor looked clean until we looked and our baby daughters dingy socks. Leading edge...

Awesome!

We bought a shark vacuum because we loved this steam cleaner so much.

Wife loves this steam cleaner - highly recommended. Very light. Gets very hot

Retractable cord would be cool. Cost? But I guess you get what you pay for

no more harsh chemicals!

I was skeptical about this working at all. I'm completely impressed!

great steam output; I use RO water as our tap is very hard. RO or distilled works great ; we're using it on wood floors and tile. cleans up stains, picks up dust, and cleans away grime all with no chemicals ; You get a bit of a work out as it pumps...

Wish it had a attachment for counters and shades. I suppose I'll need to buy their other unit

Very happy with tracking, delivery and Newegg. The steam mop is easily put together and steams in 30 seconds, you'll hear it and see it. It performs exactly as it says. Every time you push the mop forward more steam is activated, so you have constant...

Product good, but sent in a horrible box

Newegg shipped this in a ripped box...the box was all torn up and retaped and looked horrible and the contents looks like it was thrown in and taped...

The steamer itself it awesome, way better than the swiffer mop it replaced, it leaves no residue at all

Shipping problems

Steam mop appears to be in good working order

The box was completely torn apart. Someone taped the box back together with clear tape. It looked as though everything fell out and was thrown back in, and the best part...no manual. Either fell out or was never included. Now I have to spend my...

Shark Steam mop is really great

I had seen these on tv and wanted to try one. I am so glad K mart got them in I really like mine I would higly recomend them to any one I use mine all the time and I no longer buy chemicals!
