Yamaha

If you have a 6-Ohm stereo this is for you. I would never pay the $99.99 MSRP asking price for these.

Perfect match for my old SONY 6-Ohm 240 watt stereo. I know that im 20 watts over on each side but it handles it very well so thats not an issue. They do have a very smooth clear sound

Mine has dust caps, the ones in the pictures do not. They really dont have any low bass I was expecting that due to woofer size

Unbeatable Value

I paired these with a SW-8 subwoofer (also a Newegg special price) and a 25-wpc amplifier that had been collecting dust to make a PC audio system for music and gaming. I can't believe how good it sounds for so little!

Really inexpensive with the Newegg discount ; Small footprint ; Excellent highs - .75" silk dome tweeter ; Two mid-bass drivers

Weak in the lower midrange/upper bass frequencies. Maybe this range will open up after more break-in

Work great as surround/back

I bought these to make my 5.1 Yamaha system into a 7.1 since it's the exact same speakers that came with the 5.1 set. Now they all match.

The match the rest of my Yamaha 5.1 system ; Great quality ; 6 ohms ; Removable grill ; Great price - got them while they were on sale

Not sure they would be worth the full MSRP price - I'm not a huge audio expert

Great little speakers

Bought these to finish out an old Pro Logic II 5.1 system as rear speakers. They do the job, sound great, and hide out of the way nicely. Totally worth the tiny price.

Push in rear connectors aren't ideal, but work

Nice build, solid Yama rep, nice mat thick casing, easily removable grills. Im jumping the gun in reviewing and will post back but wanted to let you know if your someone who assumed like me that there was both input/output for reg computer jacks theres...

None i can detail yet, however, my fault i though these could be used with a computer and not just a receiver

Great Speakers!

Great buy. One could make a great 5.1 to 9.1 setup out of theses little guys.

I always get excited about a new toy, but these far exceeded my expectations ; I bought these for use as back speakers in a 9.1 setup ; Upon opening the box, I was actually shocked at the quality of these little guys. Before sticking them to the back...
