Excellent mids, very clear highs, bass varies depending on music type.Saw these advertised online, along with an amp and 5-disc carousel, for $100 even (had to make sure they weren't stolen!). Couldn't pass it up, and I'm glad I didn't.Took maybe 20...

Mids and highs are clear, pure, and had me thinking I could reach out and touch Joao Giberto's voice

Bass ports are great on more restrained productions (classical, jazz), but should be plugged for liberally-produced bass (hip-hop and dance)

it could've been better... the horn? i can't hear it's application... and the little feet on the bottom... serve no purpose... bass port gets loose... and bass port is poorly constructed...but sound wise... it's awesome!! got them at a fairly good...
