SuperTalent sent us the the STP16GBGRBK version of the "The GodFather" USB flash drive, which has a capacity of 16GB version and its outsell is made of rubber.

Great with Asus EEEpc 900A
I installed this in my Asus EEEpc 900A laptop to replace the 4GB drive. Installed Ubuntu and it's working very well. Best of all, it has plenty of space for music, pictures, and other files.

Decent chip
After successfully installing Open SuSE 11.1 off of a dvdrom on to my ASUS EeePC 0702 (the little bugger did not like the first two usb attached dvdrom drives I threw at it..) I may consider buying a larger pci-e SSD chip, they come up to 64GBs now..

Can't boot using USB
I now need to buy an external dvd drive in order to install windows onto my eee pc.
faster then the ssd in asus 16g....but
Can't boot using a usb drive to the eee pc. There is one extra partion that cannot be removed from the drive for some reason. This stops the eee pc from being able to boot

Don't even notice it is the slower MLC with the Eee PC works great and made the netbook able to download all updates and stop the crashes try to update.

Too big for my Dell Mini9
Due to the no refund policy on this item, I'm out of luck. I've got to resell it for a loss. Be Careful!!! Make sure that the SSD you order will fit your device!
