Plustek OpticFilm 7200

The Plustek OpticFilm claims a 7,200-pixels–per-inch (ppi) resolution.

Scans slides and negatives. Comes with SilverFast, a high-end, but easy-to-use, scan program. Includes a one-slide-size light box on top.

Requires manual positioning of the film or slide. Scans one slide or photo at a time. Scan quality is mixed.

It is affordable, good quality images.
