Epson America Epson Powerlite 76C Projector

The Epson PowerLite 76c ($999, as of January 18, 2006) is a fine choice for budget-minded business buyers who also want a crossover unit for home use. Rated at 2000 lumens, this 5.7-pound LCD model is bright enough for use in small and medium-size...

Bargain price ; No fan cool down required

Image quality is pedestrian

The remote includes digital zoom, a pointer (with three different shapes), and a convenient picture mode button for cycling through the many preset choices. Another convenience is a help button that tells you which adjustments to use to correct any...

A low price and numerous features make this model rise to the top; however, its text and graphics images could be sharper.

Epson PowerLite 76c

Reasonably bright. Very good image quality. Relatively light weight. Low price for the resolution. Well-designed onscreen menus

Needed manual adjustment of the image in our tests. The remote is hard to use

There are lots of reason to like the 76c, not the least of which is its price.

Im happy with it

I like it, I'm happy with it, with there were more inputs but oh well. I made it work. For a office use projector it does awesome for all around use.

Extremely bright image. Actually turned it down to the lower lumens and it's still bright. I'm curious as to how long the lamp will last. Roommates are just chewing it away playing XBOX 360 through VGA HD! It's awesome! Movies look outstanding, HD or...

Remote has some button issues. As long as I can turn it on and off I'm happy. Limited inputs but it's not designed for home theatre as much as it is office
