The Ricoh Aficio SP C320DN color laser printer provides paper capacity and features befitting a busy small office or workgroup.

Solid standard paper capacity. Auto-duplexer. Good print-job security.

Lackluster speed and output quality.

I have a love/hate relationship with Ricoh products. This printer has been very reliable, but documentation (compared to HP) is hard to come by. It is a heavily used printer (> 15,000/month), and is frugal with toner.
