The labeler works well, especially having the AC adapter. Not having to feed it batteries so very often, will make up for the additional cost. It comes with a case so that when not in use it can be stored away free of any accidental damage.

It said I would have it the next day. It was not the next day. I also could not order the additional tapes I wanted for it so the support of the product is poor at best. There is no light so it is hard to see the screen.
