Review: Brother MFC-J870DW boasts NFC and many more features, but performance is just average

The Brother MFC-J870DW is affordably priced, and it comes with a long list of features. Its performance is just average, however, so it's a buy for quantity rather than quality.

Still delighted after 17 months!

This printer is still mechanically faultless after 17 months - such a change from the Kodak it replaced! The software is not very user-friendly but it does the job, and having an economical, reliable, and quiet printer is still a source of pleasure....

Further to my previous post, Viking helpfully found that another range of cartridges are compatible with the MFC-J870DW (the LC 123 range) so all is well. I've kept the printer and am delighted with it!
