Dell P2714T review

Though it offers a bright picture and mostly accurate color, poor black levels and an extremely high price sink the P2714T's value.

To be fair, the P2714T is a reasonably good display. Managing a delta error of less than one in every color besides two is not a bad showing for a consumer display, and this monitor also provides excellent brightness along with a reasonably sharp...

Dell P2714T

The Dell P2714T is an attractive 27-inch touch screen monitor that delivers good overall performance and is equipped with lots of I/O ports.

Solid performance. Accurate 10-point touch. Generous ports selection. Stylish design.

Reflective screen. Pricey. Blacks could be darker.

At $700 the Dell P2714T is significantly more expensive than a standard 27-inch monitor but it's not the most expensive 27-inch touch screen model out there. Acer has recently introduced a $700 IPS model and a $1000 AHVA (advanced vertical alignment)...

Because it uses a glass screen, reflections and glare can be an issue in a bright room

Windows 8 was made for touch screen and this works very well I now have a 27" tablet at my fingertips

I do not do a lot of typing which if you need to do it would be hard work, But for gaming and browsing being keyboard and mouse free . touch screen Computing is for you

Nice touchscreen

I recently retired my two 28" HannsG monitors that have 1920 x 1200 resolution, and rebuilt my computer with Windows 8.1 pro, so I wanted new monitors with touch capability. I bought 2 of these Dells to replace them and upgrade to touch. These screens...

- Nice, big, bright screen. - Good color rendering out of the box. - Sharp, clear picture. - Touch enabled. - Nice A-Frame stand that can lay the monitor down almost flat, to straight up. - Built-in USB 3 hub.
