If you're trying to entice today's youth to a phone, unlimited music is a surefire way to do it. And that's exactly what ZTE and Cricket have done with one of their devices, the ZTE Score. Their main pitch is that the device is integrated with Muve...
The ZTE Score is sturdily built but light. Call quality is decent.
The Score's display is frustratingly unresponsive and the processor is sluggish. Muve Music's interface is cumbersome.
Though the ZTE Score makes satisfying calls, the phone's main selling point, Muve Music, has a long way to go. The spotty network connection and internal lag time weren't worth the unlimited song downloads. A combination of a quality phone and another...

The ZTE Score is a fantastic value for music lovers on Cricket Wireless, but only an average smartphone otherwise.
Excellent value for unlimited talk, text, Web, and music. Muve Music service is steadily improving. Comfortable to hold and use.
Mediocre call quality. Poor camera. Iffy reception. Subpar sound quality for music. Limited storage options. Short battery life.
OS, Multimedia, and Conclusions The Score runs Android 2.3.4 (Gingerbread). There's no word on an update to Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich), and don't count on one. ZTE has added some light customizations to Android, but they're mostly visual. There...

What a time I had with this phone. It should be recalled. There is an error message when sending text messages and/or getting online--so it doesn't work!!! You don't find out until you go to text, so by that time you have voided the warranty since you...
nothing
it's broken
Consumer review (cnet.com)
Tried to see if the manufacturers were going to do a recall seems like almost everyone who owns this phone has issues. They just kept sating to send them 100 so they can send another defective phone to me and by the way you need too give us the money...
Nothing good about this phone
extremely short battery life
Consumer review (cnet.com)
ZTE sells unreliable pieces of crap and call them cell phones. If you get more than 2 months before you run into problems then you are very lucky. If your ZTE cell phone fails, get ready to pony up cash to mail it back to them. And they won't ship a...
Cheap price
Piece of crap, good for beer coaster or target shooting.

I originally bought this phone on Cricket's PayGo service then a few months later switched to an actual account and about a month after buying it, it would force close app's and system apps like the browser and messenging, now it closes FB, MeetMe,...
Android 2.x platform
EVERYTHING, constant force close's, random reboots, crap battery message memory capacity, not getting alerts when I should, not syncing properly.. wish I could rate lower then 1/2 a star
Consumer review (cnet.com)
ATTENTION PEOPLE: Do not ever buy this phone from Cricket. Don't even think about buying a phone from Cricket. I only had this phone for a month and it's already doing this all the things in my cons list!! I have recently switched my company from...
Very fast internet Good and Affordable Plan
This phone always drops my calls, the service is WIZZACK Does not hold lots of memory Muve Music never works When I try to use the internet it constantly crashes and kicks me out to the point I have to turn my phone off and then turn it back on.

if zte decides to make new better version of zte score for cricket they need add two cameras, quad core processor,3D,BIGGER CAPACTIVE SCREEN 3G/4G ,LONG RANGE WIFI, HOTSPOT ECT higher capicity internal memory.
i love this phone i don't care what these bad reviews say about zte score from people who want to spend $500 on iphones and android smartphones. i can upgrade android 2.3 to 4.1 without buying another smartphone with 4.0 or 4.1
NEED TWO CAMERAS

Had a ZTE phone with Cricket before, but it is too old to use now. Bought the Score online because of price and brand. BIG mistake. I am really thinking about getting a non smartphone to replace this one. Not sure if it will be a ZTE or not. FYI - I...
Good size screen. Lots of free apps. Nice size, fits comfortably in my hand.
1) Battery - the worst battery I have ever seen in a phone. 2) Internal memory is not enough. 3) Memory - Woefully lacking. 4) Sound - Terrible. 5) You CANNOT, repeat CANNOT, connect this phone to a laptop with Windows 7 on it.
