Sony Ericsson's Z555i has a 'diamond' design that you'll either love or hate. Sandra lays down her opinion.
That's right, You can't turn this phone on and off without opening the clam.

The back cover firmly sits in its slot, and is easy to open. Removing it reveals a 930 mAh Li-Ion battery (BST-39). As the maker claims, Z555i provides up to 300 hours of standby and up to 7 hours of talk time. In Moscow its battery life averaged two...
The handset ships with about 15 Mb of user-manageable memory. The Z555i can handle memory cards up to 2 Gb; plus, you can always swap cards on the go

Like the style and as i dont use it for much other than the odd call, text or photo is just what i need
The keypad doesnt light up, meaning i cant see the letters for texting, and numbers for calling. The battery life is pretty poor, so unfortunately whilst lookng good, its an overall thumbs down!!

Looks good, screen layout self explanatory.Nice girley phone ----definately NOT one for the boys!!!!
The sound levels on the rose are slightly too low. even at max level it is hard to hear ,especially if it is in your bag. Keys are a little too fidley when texting(make a lot of mistakes)

the only downside to this phone, is the volume, even when its on full itis pretty quiet, and hard to hear it when its in your handbag.

not very loud

stylish and good to look at.slim design makes it easy to carry on ones person.
Battery seems to run down quickly.navigation/keypad can be fairly complicated, but perhaps this is because of my age(66yrs)-not as switched on as I used to be.
