all round value for money

iit has really good gadgets and sound affects

not enough memory to have music on the phone and didnt come with headphones

the keypad is easy for me as i have athritis & is fine with my stiff fingers the screen is clear & easy to see

some of the setting& software im still finding out about could do with better instrucion but i will learn by mistakes

Battery appears to run down fairly quickly

easy enough to use once you know the phone quite compact and light weight and the use of i mail is good

camera button on the outside when in pocket it takes pictures, tunes could be better only enough bluetooth downloads for about 5 or 6 songs which you can't even use as a ring tones except for i moad tunes and no connection to computer to download...

The two screens, good sound quality, big screen, loud volume. Easy to use memory status.

Doesn't support some mp3 files.
