The Pantech Ease offers both easy and advanced modes, and gives older and technophobic users a solid choice on AT&T; too bad it costs so much per month.
Expansive touch screen. Roomy, slide-out QWERTY keyboard. Easy to use UI.
Some issues with call quality. Proprietary headphone jack. Riddled with AT&T bloatware. Required $20/month messaging plan kills value.
Multimedia, Camera, and Conclusions The phone accepts 32GB microSD cards, in a tough-to-use slot underneath the battery cover. My 16GB SanDisk card worked fine. There's 50MB of free internal storage for games and ringtones.

There are phones like the Jitterbug J and the DoroPhoneEasy 410 that are specifically designed for seniors, but there are also supersimple phones that could be seen as senior-friendly. The Pantech Breeze and the Breeze II , for example, are both really...
The Pantech Ease has a beautiful capacitive touch-screen display and a sturdy slider QWERTY keyboard. It has two modes: the Easy mode is cleverly designed for cell phone novices and senior citizens; advanced users will like the 2-megapixel camera,...
We understand the need to separate different features for Easy and Advanced modes, but we sometimes find the categorization to be arbitrary. For example, a pill reminder and pedometer aren't available in Advanced mode, and notepad and stopwatch aren't...
Though we have a few quibbles with it, the Pantech Ease is overall a smart hybrid that will please both grandparents and grandchildren alike.

The Good: Easy menu and roomy physical keyboard makes this a choice for more than one demographic. The Bad: Lackluster 2.0-megapixel camera. The Verdict: With an easy to use menu and physical QWERTY keyboard, the Pantech Ease is a nice device that will...

The Pantech Ease is a simple messaging device with an interface and features that are easier to use for an older audience.
Consumer review (product-reviews.net)
I just got my phone last week. Already it has been failing to send text messages which is dissapointing because it is a great phone. I haven ‘t had any problems with the voice echo on calls, though.
Consumer review (product-reviews.net)
I fixed the echo- go to ‘profiles' and then turn off the ‘noise suppression' at the bottom. This has gotten rid of my echo problem.
Consumer review (product-reviews.net)
I am having numerous problems with this phone. I like the features and everything but 1.) there's an echo that the caller hears when they call you (I've already had my phone replaced once and now the new one is doing it), 2.) sometimes messages don't...
