the battery will not hold a charge longer than 12 hours,after buying another battery it is still the same.my wife and I both had phones the same time her charge lasts 3 days,mine 12 hours!

Screen cannot be read outside, therefore texts have to be read under cover. This is not always convenient.

Bought this phone specifically to use in Florida - had no problems with the network. Good value for money

The light on the screen goes off quite quickly and I can't find anyway to prolong it, have to keep pressing a key to bring the light back on again and then can lose the screen that I'm on

Its user-friendly, very light and looks good
