Motorola i886 (Sprint) review:

On paper, the Motorola i886 seems like a pretty run-of-the-mill Nextel phone. It has push-to-talk with Nextel Direct Connect, stereo Bluetooth, a 2-megapixel camera, a microSD card slot, GPS, and as it is not a smartphone, it has no Wi-Fi. Like most...

The Motorola i886 has an interface identical to that of Android, which makes navigation easy and intuitive. It has a rugged and durable design, a great keyboard, and a decent feature set that includes corporate e-mail support and Opera Mini. Call...

Some people might be thrown off by the Android user interface because the i886 is actually not a smartphone. Photo quality is average at best, and the multimedia offerings are pretty basic.

Motorola i886 (Sprint)

The Motorola i886 is a killer push-to-talk cell phone for Sprint's Nextel iDEN network—with a special Android surprise underneath the hood.

Solid build quality. Excellent reception. Booming speakerphone. Powerful, easy-to-use, Android-based OS.

Buggy. Poor camera. No voice dialing over Bluetooth. Relatively short standby time.

Review: Motorola i886

Motorola's i886 runs on Sprint's iDEN network and offers both a physical QWERTY keyboard and a semi-rugged design. There's also the Android-like operating system to make things interesting.

Motorola i886

The Motorola i886 looks to be a new iDEN Android phone with a slide sliding full QWERTY keyboard plus a numerical keyboard on the front of the phone. There is very little known about this phone as of now, so make sure to keep checking back to...
