buying this phone was a huge mistake. it always crashes, overheats, apps most of the time don't work, shuts down on its own, and has poor battery life. i go through battery without heavy usage in 50 minutes. REALLY!? buying a g3 next time

The battery is close to worthless. It must be charged multiple times daily and I don't use the phone more than once or twice a day. I do not use the data so that's not the problem. I text, perhaps, twice a day. I ordered another battery and it is also...

Upon receiving the LG Viper, I was greeted with an average-looking smart phone. It seemed to have all the bells and whistles that one would expect. I was dead wrong.

It may seem nice, but It constantly Freezes. Sometimes the Phone Update un-wanted things. And the Browser it REALLY slow. It Also Dies Quick. LG's are really not a good product anymore. Cant wait to get my Galaxy.

This product has great features, is easy to use and very reliable. My wife and I have the same model of phones and we get great pleasure out of them. Because of the dependability and ease of use we have bought other LG products.

My wife and I both have the LG Viper phones. They are easy to use and reliable. We have had LG phones before (Olympus) and loved them. When it was time to upgrade we chose the Vipers, and glad we did
