As the saying goes, it's not the size of the dog in the fight that matters, but the size of the fight in the dog. Fortunately for MetroPCS, one of its latest handsets, the LG Motion 4G, has a lot of bite.
The LG Motion 4G from MetroPCS is a prepaid, reasonably priced handset with Android 4.0 and a zippy dual-core CPU.
The Motion 4G comes packed with a lot of bloatware, and its sound quality is mediocre.
MetroPCS' LG Motion 4G is worth it for price-conscious customers who want a contract-free 4G LTE-enabled device, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, and a swift processor.

The LG Motion 4G is the best budget smartphone you're going to find without a contract.
Terrific value for the money. Zippy performance. Excellent video capture and playback. Android 4.0.
Low-res screen. Buggy PC connectivity and microSD card slot. Bloatware.
Many of Metro's apps seem well-meaning but poorly implemented. IntoNow and Sportacular are Yahoo! apps which should be able to live or die on their own. Asurion Total Protection offers remote wipe and locate, but only for an extra monthly fee, and you...

it was good for the first month, i like the pop up text
service sucks, i get no bars anywhere and i used to get full bars at most places, the battery life will only last a few hours, the messages send more than once and takes forever to type

I went from a flip phone with no camera to this guy. I didn't even open the manual, and within 5 minutes I was rolling. This thing is insanely easy to use. Now I don't know how I'll ever go back to not having a screen that changes based on position, a...

overall, it's a GREAT phone, some people say it's bulky, I disagree, it's pretty thin to me compared to the LG OPTIMUS M. this phone is a hardware upgrade for me, SUCCESS! LOVE IT! mobile surround sound makes my music sound good on a 2.1ch system and...
this phone had the best hardware I could find on my carrier with DLNA, MusicFx (surround sound), HD video support, IPS true color display and more, even though the screen is a bit small (it's only 5 inches smaller than a 4-inch screen)
no NFC, no Android Beam

This is junk. No customer service. No good after software update. Uses up charge within 2 hours when not even using the phone. Goes from fully charged to 66 percent. After charging, drops even more. on Feb 7, 2013
None because it simply malfunctions.
Cost.Ineffectiveness

The "quirks" in the previous LG phone have been remedied. All in all, this is an Awesome phone at a Fantastic price! I paid $99.00 for the phone and am in the process of getting the $50.00 Rebate, so my final price will be $49.00! I really have not...
This phone's processor is 50% faster than my previous LG MetroPCS Smartphone, plus it has a Dual-Core! It has 5 times the internal memory of my previous phone. I really enjoy using the Ice Cream Android Platform on a 4G system!
The only Con I have found is that some of my previous Favorite Apps will not work within the Android 4.0.4 Operating System, but that is not the LG Motion's fault! ...and I can get VERY used to it!!

I've owned everything, even iPhones - this is by far my favorite of all time. My old esteem was sucking battery, and in a moment of frustration, I ran into the store to buy "anything" that would get me through the business day without recharging, AND...
Fast, long battery life.
Screen could be larger.
