It's tempting to call the LG CU500 yet another Razr clone . After all, the Samsung MM-A900 and the Sanyo Katana have both made attempts at the Razr form factor, and the LG CU500 looks dangerously similar. But the clone moniker would be a disservice, as...
The LG CU500 is the first carrier-offered HSDPA phone in North America. It's a quad-band world phone with a great slim design, external music buttons, and a camera with a rotating lens. Features include a 1.3-megapixel camera, an audio player, a Micro...
The LG CU500 has two superskinny function buttons on the side that are difficult to press; we also didn't like that you have to remove the battery in order to get to the Micro SD card slot..
The LG CU500 is one of the fastest phones we've ever tried, with swift downloads and impressive video streaming speeds. The feature set is impressive; the picture and audio quality are great; and the slim, attractive design is a bonus.

Cingular's first HSDPA phone, the LG CU500, is a music maven's delight.
Quite handsome. First HSDPA high-speed phone. Excellent music compatibility and playback options. Streaming video looks great.
A few bugs. Imperfect voice quality. World's most annoying memory card slot.

Counting itself as one of the few cell phones that supports the latest in high-speed data connections (UMTS/HSDPA), the LG CU500 has a lot going for it. In addition to supporting all the latest multimedia features (1.3-megapixel camera, video,...

Cingular has been hard at work deploying their HSDPA 3G network throughout the country this year and the LG CU500 is one of Cingular's first HSDPA phones for that network. The 55 major metro areas and 118 cities that are covered by Cingular's 3G...
Great data speed, that you'll enjoy whether browsing a web page or watching a full episode of Sex and the City (warning, the addictive HBO subscription costs $4.99/month). Good reception. It has some great entertainment features including the music...
No real email support. The hinge rattles on our test unit. Battery on 3G is a sore point (put the phone in GSM mode when practical to reduce batter consumption)
If you love watching videos on your phone, this is a must have device! The 3G is zippy and the video playback is the best we've seen. The LG CU500 has a solid feature set for an affordably priced flip phone and it looks more costly than it is.

LG is going after the slim cellphone market that has been dominated by Motorola's Razr with its version of LG CU500. This global 3G clamshell is being provided by Cingular. This will be LG's first HSDPA (a higher speed version of UMTS, which allows...

LG CU500: Today's cell phone market is loaded with cell phones similar to famous Razor by Motorola. The LG CU500 is one of them, but a matter of fact, LG CU500 easily beats its rivals as far as functionality, reliability and performance is concern.
Summing it up, a cell phone can never come better than this; for the price LG CU500 is being offered.
