very good phone

While I basically like the phone, I will probably drop Virgin Mobile. A perfect example is the poor customer service I experienced last month. When I paid for a month's service with my credit card, I received a message that my payment wasn't accepted....

This phone is not at all what it is cracked up to be. I have had to replace this phone three times do to the bad connections to virgin mobile!! In my opinion this is not a good phone with all of its problems. Also make sure you ask the store on there...

ok i just got this phone the other day then from the next fewer days i can hardly get any txts from anybody and there is bad signal.. really kyocera made a worser phone then i thought :/
