I haven't used the word "fun" to describe a phone for a long time, but the thought crossed my mind after I began playing with the Huawei Pinnacle for MetroPCS. No, the portrait QWERTY cell phone doesn't have flashing lights like the LG dLite , and it...
The Huawei Pinnacle 's portrait QWERTY layout is familiar and easy on the eye. It presents a straightforward user interface and some extra goodies like a music player and the ability to create folders.
Call quality on the Pinnacle was mediocre, there are a few design flaws here and there, and the phone is a little sluggish. Video quality also tanked.
On the strength of its budget price, its user interface, and its tools, the Huawei Pinnacle is a good choice for those who plan to use the phone primarily for texting and personal organization. However, some flaws, like mediocre call quality, cast a...

The Huawei Pinnacle is short on features, but it's a good option if you need a lightweight, budget-priced phone built for texting.
Comfortable keyboard. Lightweight. Good music player. Nice display.
Lackluster camera. Poor video playback. Short battery life.
Apps, Multimedia, and Conclusions The Pinnacle benefits from a simple, if somewhat plain, user interface. The home screen has links to the main menu, apps, and widgets. The main menu is home to all of your standard features, like call logs, contacts,...

I have had the phone 2 months, and I really like it. Texting is really fun in chat mode. Battery seems to last 4 days with normal use. I don't have a micro SD card yet, so I cannot test the music player features. I have the $25/month plan, and it is...
The contacts menu has a feature for just your favourite people. Chat mode for texting makes it easy to follow a long-running conversation. Gorgeous screen. Espanol customization.
No countdown timer. No way to designate a primary phone number if your contact prefers that you call the house first instead of the cell. Cannot customize the hot keys. Text message alert does not change volume with the ringtone.

This phone is great, I was forced to "upgrade" to this phone when my beloved Samsung freeform 3 was water damaged by the snow, so I was torn on getting my old phone back or trying something new. My boyfriend convinced me to get the Huawei Pinnacle...

"Upgraded" To a Pinnacle from a more expensive touch screen "Smartphone" (that I didn't use a tenth of all the apps on) and added an additional line to my service all for 35.01 which ended up getting prorated out of my monthly charge so I'll only have...

Great phone so far. 39.00 with a 30.00 mail in rebate. Never had a phone like a Blackberry but it is a great phone and a lot cheaper than paying for the name of a Blackberry.
