Apple iPhone 14 Plus review: Giving it large

The iPhone 14 Plus is a fine phone but the the Pro is much better and not much more expensive

Gorgeous 6.7in OLED display ; Decent battery life ; More easily repairable

iPhone 14 Pro is better and not much more expensive ; Rear picks up fingerprints ; Same chipset as iPhone 13

All of which makes the iPhone 14 Plus rather difficult to rate. In isolation, it’s a fine smartphone with a competent camera, a big, gorgeous display and impressive battery life.

Sturdy design and sleek looks.

Wide feature gap with the 14 Pro family: no 120Hz refresh rate, A16 Bionic, zoom camera or AF on the ultrawide.

That doesn't make the iPhone 14 Plus a bad smartphone and it's well worth considering if you don't need the extra features that the Pro models bring.
