Sennheiser has refined its budget earbuds without hiking their price up - that's a great recipe, but can they see off the competition?

Sennheiser is an audio brand for people who love audio and these earbuds provide a fantastic listening experience, albeit one with a few little hitches. We tested them out to see if the Sennheiser CX True Wireless earbuds are worth your cash.

Great in-ear fit ; Solid sound quality ; Good volume range ; The Sennheiser app is intuitive ; Good touch controls

Case feels cheap and hefty ; Bass could be clearer and more precise

At the new sub-£100 that the CX True Wireless buds now seem to occupy, they're a very good purchase. During testing, we found them highly listenable and enjoyed using the earbuds to stream music, video and audiobooks via Audible.
