Unit arrived dead and would not boot. Finally figured out that the cooling fan was not seated on the processor. Once fixed, was able to boot. Great PC otherwise, super fast.

power you have to work for

 

When I received the computer the video card was unseated. once I got inside I also found a partially unseated stick of ram, and a few loose cables. It took me about 20 minutes it get it all back together; after that it became the best comupter I've...

CRASH ALL THE TIME

 

Check the video card. It Crashed all the time on mine. Once I changed the video card, it works fine.
