Good Product, Poor Documentation

 

I am still happy with my purchase and feel like I got a lot of machine for the price. Normally I would feel very comfortable going to the web for documentation. This may be an Acer issue, but for the life of me I could find what I needed on the Acer site.

Nice design with lots of ports. Very user friendly and I expect it to work very nicely as a PC for a guard station at my business.

This was a refurbished unit and I knew that when I purchased it. There was however ZERO documentation in the box, and trying to find what I needed on the Acer website was impossible. This All-In-One unit has a kickstand in the back, and for the life of...

I normally go for cheap, but...

 

None really, but I hope someone at Acer is paying attention.

This system is inexpensive, has a matte screen (a good thing), and has good performance for general purpose computing ; Windows 8/8.1 are better than Windows 7, you just need to install Classic Shell to get rid of the idiotic Metro interface the rocket...

However, for some baffling reason it was impossible to get this to work with a NeatDesk scanner, which is what it was purchased for. I've never run across this problem before. It ultimately was not an issue for me as I just swapped it with another...
