Can't Replace OS - No Acer Support!

 

Very unimpressed with Acer support and the inability to replace the OS on this machine.

Fast if you are happy with the out-of-the-box OS and the fact that you'll only ever be able to support 3 GB of RAM even though the motherboard can accept 8 GB

I needed to replace the OS with something like Win2003 Server or XP 64-bit to take advantage of the potential RAM. I received BSOD when I attempted to install a new OS (with various install DVDs), and Acer support pretty much said "tough luck." They...
