Range is horrid

Unless you're going to sit right next to the receiver - pass on this product.

The cons outweigh the pros. And, I can't think of any besides the nice styling of the phone. Too bad it doesn't work very well

The range is horrid. I can't get 20 feet away with 1 household wall in between without getting scratchy signal loss. Same thing at work. We bought 2 sets of them. Both are the same lousy signal

Not Fancy but takes alot of abuse

We purchased this phone set several years ago from Sams wholesale for around 39.99. Though this model lacks any real modern features it is able to withstand extensive abuse. We have dropped one of the phones in the bathtub, off a balcony and ran over...

Durable..very durable..large buttons

Uniden DXAI5588-4 5.8 GHz Quad 1-Line Cordless Phone

When our old Panasonic cordless phone and answering machine was beginning to fail, basically, the dial pad was not working and buttons hard to punch, we were looking for a replacement. The replacement was on our Christmas list and the portable phone ...
