Easy to set up and connect
Accessing some of the features is not user friendly, but the manual does explain how to use them. Somewhat of a steep learning curve

I bought this phone system to replace my two dying cordless phones. One base plugs into the phonejack and sends the signal to the other phones. Been going strong for about a month and still can't find anything wrong with it.
Loud and clear audio, intercom setting, speaker, caller id, variety of ringtones and it was simple to set up
I can't find a con with this system yet, it does everything I need it to and more

It took a while for me to readjust from my old phone that I had been using for the last 7 years, but I have the hang of it now. I thought the ring was too soft and short, but it is only my country locale that was making it sound that way. It's better.

I'm glad I purchased this phone set - it's great with distance - as I go outside a lot and I talk and there are not interruptions like cutting out. Great Buy!

Doesn't take up much space,.It is very compatible with my 3in1 machine{fax, copy, scan}.The instructions on how to program are easy to follow.

I like the phone, at least the way it looks, but they made it way to hard to understand, expecialy if your older and cant understand a lot of the instructions. Also the smaller cordless phone does not set in the cradle very good and falls out a lot,...

I previously ahd a Panasonic and ordered this product with same features: i.e. Two handsets with base and auxilliary. It is very light and Iwas not used to that. The instruction book was very confusing with its wording about "answer off/on" and other...

I am very disappointed in this purchase. Within one week of owning the phone set 2 of the 3 handsets were not working properly, one not working at all. If your looking for a great phone system this should not be your choice.
