Always broken

I can't believe a product can break so many times. We have had this since DEC>05 and it's been broken 6 times. It's always either the knobs or the large burner is short circuited. Luckly, I have a maintance contract on this poor excuse for a cooktop.

Performs well but overall durability is poor.

This cooktop performs well in terms of heating control and it is easy to keep clean. However, the knobs on this cooktop are of poor quality as mine have broke twice rendering the cooktop inoperable. Given that the knobs are a critical comment of the...
