The five senses: taste, smell, sight, sound and physical feeling. While the first two usually do not apply, the last three senses certainly need to be considered when describing someone's computing experience. Sight is covered by the monitor and touch...

Beautiful crisp music whether classical or death metal, immersive gaming, good looks and POWER!! These were all characteristics of computing that I was missing until I was introduced to these compact, yet amazing sounding speakers. Upon the opening of...
Amazing sound Clarity ; Great Looks ; Very Good Bass ; Solid Construction and Quality ; Compact Construction ; Very Inexpensive
Needs a subwoofer volume control ; Maybe a slightly bigger subwoofer

These speakers are definitely bass heavy, especially using Creative cards(which boost and muddy up the bass themselves - for real overall sound quality better to go for an M-Sound if you have $, or the new Chaintech card...or a Turtle Beach barring...

great set of speakers, if you are looking for a cheap, good sounding sub/desktop speaker combo, go with this. I bough these at sams club for only 30 bucks... (cheaper than new egg??????) and i have been very happy with them. it would be nice to have a...

These speakers have great range for upper low-end PC speakers (35 Hz ~ 18 kHz). Playback classical music on these little gems and I think you'll be impressed. However, they ARE only 2.1 (Stereo & Subwoofer), so look elsewere if you need surround (duh)...

Purchased these speakers after reading several review and as it turns out they seem to tie the Z-340's by Logitech both having trade offs. The only bad thing I can say is they don't have a bass control knob. If you want that then the 5.1 Version has...

Note to buyer: these speakers have no bass or treble controls. I found the bass to be overpowered and muffled, and ended up returning the speakers, because I disliked the sound so much. Another minor thing. All of the cables are perminatly connected...

Bought these to replace an older pair of Altec Lansing 2.1 speakers. Quality is great, had to turn down the subwoofer volume, though. They are good-looking and the power button is a nice upgrade from the old volume/power dial they used to have.
Consumer review (newegg.com)
Great set of speakers! Connected in seconds and the sound was incredible! I upgraded from some cyber acoustics CA-2022 2 piece and its like the difference between night and day. These put out some awsome sound and great bass. These are a deffinite must...

A very good deal, for the money you cant go wrong. Although no sub speaker volume control, it still shows its a real 2.1 system.
