Burns your hands

Works fine, looks great, but the sides get really hot and burn your hands. Same goes for the kettle. Will be taking it back due to safety concerns.

Terrible broke in less than a month

I usually buy a cheap toaster but thought I'd go mid range this time. Shouldn't have wasted my money as i now have a broken toaster. It no longer pops up so we are having lots of burnt toast. Bought it only 3 weeks ago. Terrible toaster, also it burns...

Toaster could be great but misses the mark

Good: looks good, very sleek and stylish toasts very evenly useful to have a setting for cooking from frozen Not so good: when it pops up you have to use the lever to raise the toast up to avoid a burnt hand and this means a two handed operation....

Toasts evenly

Dangerous to use especially if kids in the household

Toasts just perfect

Won this toaster in a crossword competition, i found it toasts the bread faster than my old unit and with a more even colour not like my old one which often did the top half different to the bottom, both sides also come out more even, being in brushed...

Good looking, fast, very even toasting both sides

No setting for Crumpets/Bagels

Does its job

It does what it is suppose to do - toast bread. From my experience it toasts pretty well - nice and warm without burning the bread. Our old toaster barely had the toast hot enough to melt butter but this does the job. As for its appearance, it looks...

Toasts without too many issues, looks okay

Probably not great value for money if you pay full price. There are no cool features.

not worth the money

Does not toast the same each time you toast comes out light then burnt. Toast gets stuck all the time. Has started to rust after 12 months. External casing gets very hot when you have use it, when retrieving your toast it burns the ends of your fingers.

very expensive

Wish we hadn't wasted our money. For $50 we expected more than the $20 Kambrook that it replaced. We had a Sunbeam toaster for nearly 10 years, but they don't make that particular one anymore, would have definitely bought one of those again for sure.

Looks good.

Doesn't toast evenly. One side is done, the other, hardly at all. Burns toast on medium settings. The extra lift doesn't lift high enough for smaller items like muffins. Hot to touch.

Good toaster, pity about the burnt hands. Way better than the Breville toaster I took back to get this one for same price.

Purchased in Dec 2010. Smooth lines, no open section at top where crumbs can get stuck, deep toast wells, cooks evenly. Good price - paid $44.95.

When you lift up the handle to pull out muffins or smaller toast, you burn your hand on the side of the toaster, therefore needing ovenmits or turn it off and pull the muffin out with tongs or something. Maybe a little slow.

This toaster is the reason that I am looking at this web site in preparation to buying a new toaster today.

Looks Clean and that's it!!

This has to be the world's slowest toaster. So slow that it takes 3-4 minutes to toast an ordinary piece of white bread which is dried out to a biscuit consistancy. The only way to get eatable toast is to use a setting so that the toast is barely...
