Does the job and feels sturdy

A friend of ours purchased the Nespressi and we weren't convinced about an expensive machine. I should mention, we don't drink coffee so use it for hot chocolate, chai and their other flavours. I believe with Nespressi they only sell coffee. I also use...

The Coffee is horrible

I have a nespresso at home and bought an expressi for work thinking it would be cheaper coffee etc. Now i never look forward to my coffee because quite frankly it is only just a bit better than instant. Nespresso is miles ahead in quality so will ditch...

GREAT BUT PITY ABOUT BURSTING CAPSULES

The machine is terrific and the coffee choice great. I buy the bulk special to last about 12 months and save over 30%. We use Torino and Decaf (at night). A big problem is bursting Torino capsules. I collect them and Aldi replaces my 6 or 7 with a...

Brand New - but no warranty

We got our machine 12 months ago. With household renovations happening, it's being sitting in it's unopened box. Opened it today and bingo!, doesn't work. Rang the service hotline and told them our story. We have the receipt to prove it's just out of...

Makes great coffee

Easy to use, makes great coffee. Better than cafe's to be perfectly honest. Very surprised about the quality of the coffee taste and pods. The kids absolutely love all of the flavours of hot chocolate. I absolutely love the Torino pods.

Three years and still amazing

Aldi all day! i have had my machine over three years now. I am on my second milk frother ($20 for first, $25 for second - and apparently better than the aerochino according to reviews). I love my coffee and still buy from a selection of cafes with...

Love the machine but can't get decaff

Bought our machine in Oct after checking out quite a few. Decided it was great value and stopping the $4.50 per day bought decaf, it would be paid for in no time. Took my coffee with me every morning and loved it. Now haven't been able to get decaf...

Being locked in means disappointment

The price is low, and the coffee is acceptable (not good, but acceptable). The real catch is that you are locked in to their brand of coffee, and when they run out (or in the recent case the supplier no longer has the one and only decaf they carry),...

Great value because it's cheap

Let's get this into context. First, the good: The machine is cheap ($80) and makes a great cup of coffee (also cheap at 37c per pod). We would use it for about 10 coffees per week. We own two machines - one for the house and another in the caravan. Now...

Good coffee, but capsules burst

I've had my Expressi machine for about 6 months now after my Nespresso machine died after about 4 years. The coffee is good and the selection of coffee is good. The capsules have a habit of bursting and filling your cup full of very strong coffee....
