Be warned!

The camera works fine, and the setup is not complicated. HOWEVER, one of the main features, which is the email alert once motion detection is triggered, is a total nightmare. That connection times out most of the times, rendering this feature useless....

Decent resolution, good night vision, fairly quick respond, intuitive smartphone app

Nice, but.....

The product is good, but I am not certain I would buy another one based on the difficulty of setting the up to view them over the internet and not having app support to view them over the internet.

Nice, compact. Great video quality

Pain to set up for remote viewing over the internet. Tenvis support and forums are very lacking. iOS app does not allow for remote viewing of the cameras over the internet

Not 100%

Not bad at all and it does everything that it says it can, but I do have a small problem with the mic but that could just be my unit.

Pan tilt is great ; Video is not bad for the price ; Wireless works as good as hard wired ; Audio speaker works good and sounds ok

Mic problems. Most of the time I can't get the mic connection to open up. It does work better if the video is set lower and having it hard wired does not make it better. I found that if I click mic on, off, on, off and back on as fast as I can click...

I did not use the attached software. I configured it directly thru the web interface (connected by network cable, IP found from router)

Good picture with 720p ; Low noise microphone with high sensitivity ; I use IP camera viewer 3.0 to view it from Windows - works great, only the model is not listed, but "IPROBOT3 - 2014" works great ; H.264 compression ; wide viewing angle ; Pan/tilt...

Takes about 4 sec to see the picture (might be relevant to the fps as I use only 10 to reduce the data bandwidth)
